Prior to building the Elite Estates business from the ground up, James worked with trusted market leaders across categories including Wipro and Larsen & Toubro. In his role, James wears many hats including finalizing all project details, land acquisition, legal permissions and clearances and finance. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. When not conceiving of new plot property developments James enjoys international travel and sporting events.

With a background in civil contracting for Public Works Development, he lends vast experience, both technical and practical to the business. Amarnath holds a Bachelor of Arts. In his free time, he enjoys watching movies. traveling, and contributing to philanthropic causes that he truly believes in.

At Elite Estates, he leads the marketing and branding functions and also contributes to customer acquisition and customer service management. Gavin has earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and also holds a MBA in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys playing badminton, working out in the gym, or strumming his guitar.
